We maximize your 7-hour block by showing up with a clear plan.  By reviewing your project list, photos, and materials during intake, we eliminate time-wasting store runs, setup delays, and on-site indecision.  Typically, a singe Day Block can cover 3-6 medium tasks - such as replacing 2 light fixtures, mounting a TV, repairing baseboards, adjusting sticking doors, and replacing cabinet hardware.While our goal is always high-speed completion, every home has unique quirks.  Unforeseen issues and finicky old hardware can occasionally slow down a task.  To give you total clarity upfront, we review your custom task list after your intake submission and give you a honest forecast of what we can expect to cross off your list during your block.What can get done in a single day block? How do I know how many days to reserve?

What happens if my task isn't completely finished by 3:30PM?

We carefully pace our work throughout the day so that every task we start is 100% completed and fully cleaned up before 3:30 PM. You will never be left with a half-finished job site or a messy living space. The only time a task carries over is if we explicitly agreed on a multi-stage process during intake (such as multi-coat drywall patching or tile cure times) or if you have consecutive blocks already booked.

What if my list takes less than 7 hours?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that life happens.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we just ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when possible.

No. There are no enrollment or setup fees. You only pay for the services you sign up for.

Do I need to supply the materials, or do you bring them?

Accepted Answer

You provide the specific finish materials and decorative fixtures you want installed—such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, cabinet hardware, or wall paint—so you get the exact style and brand you love. We bring all professional tools, ladders, drop cloths, and standard consumables (screws, wall anchors, shims, glue, painter's tape) needed to complete the job.

What if I don't know what hardware or parts to buy?

Don't stress! During your digital intake process, you can upload photos and notes about what you want done. We’ll review your list in advance and give you guidance on exactly what finish parts, sizes, or quantities you need to have on hand before 8:30 AM on service day.

Question 11

Do I need to be home for the entire 7 hours?

Accepted Answer

An adult (18+) is required to be present at 8:30 AM for a quick initial walk-through to review your task list and confirm priorities—unless prior entry arrangements have been made or your scope was fully confirmed during an earlier consultation visit. After that morning check-in, you are free to go about your day! Many clients work from home, run errands, or provide a keypad entry code so they can head out while we complete the block.

You will work exclusively with Nate—an experienced craftsman with 9 years in the residential trades, a Studio Art degree, and a background as an art teacher. You get a single, background-checked expert focused entirely on your home—never subbed out or passed off to a revolving crew.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every project comes with a 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty covering our workmanship. If something fails due to our installation within 12 months, we will make it right at no charge.While we guarantee our labor, our warranty does not cover defects, missing parts, or internal failures of homeowner-provided fixtures and materials.
