Each visit includes a standardized checklist of preventative maintenance tasks designed to help keep your home in good working order. Tasks may vary slightly by season. No. There are no enrollment or setup fees. You only pay for the services you sign up for.
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. You are only billed once your service is successfully completed.
• Fixed Pricing: All service plans feature a set price. Any price adjustments occur only through pre-approved add-ons that you authorize.
• Flexible Cancellations: You can cancel your plan at any time. To avoid charges for your next scheduled visit, please provide at least two weeks' notice. We never charge for services you haven't received.
Your visit will be scheduled within your service quarter. We’ll contact you to coordinate a date and time that works for your household.
Exact dates are not guaranteed, but all visits are completed within the service period whenever possible.
We understand that schedules and circumstances change.
• One reschedule per quarter is allowed
• If a visit cannot be completed within the service quarter due to scheduling conflicts, weather, or access issues, one visit may be rolled over to the following quarter
• Visits do not accumulate beyond one rollover
Yes. You may cancel your plan at any time. We just ask that you give a notice of two week prior to your scheduled visit.
Our goal is to catch small issues before they become big headaches. If we spot a problem during a maintenance visit:
• Immediate Notification: We will document the issue and provide you with clear recommendations.
• On-the-Spot Fixes: If it’s a minor repair, we’ll try to handle it right then and there using your included "flex hours" (Flex hours are the pre-allocated time in your plan for miscellaneous tasks).
• Quoted Repairs: For larger repairs or replacements, we will provide a separate quote for your approval. We never perform additional work without your go-ahead.
In most cases, no—provided we have safe access to the areas being serviced.
Access requirements will be confirmed when scheduling.
