Some tasks fall outside the scope of the maintenance and flex service hours.  Certain items below may be utilized as part of our 'small project' offerings.  If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to help clarify.

  • Emergency work

  • Licensed trade work that requires a permit (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC)

  • Roof Repairs / roof walking

  • Second story ladder work

  • Structural work

  • Foundation and footing work

  • Concrete forming / pouring, foundation waterproofing

  • Mold Remediation

  • Asbestos/vermiculite, lead paint abatement

  • Wildlife removal

  • Garage door springs / cables / track replacements

  • Tree work above 10-12 ft, stump grinding, major pruning

  • Hardwood flooring and carpet
